KWConnect is a small application that runs in the system tray of the Windows taskbar. It is designed for users, who connect to the internet through a modem (analog, digital, DSL, etc.). It provide simple one-click connect/disconnect function with options of starting and connecting when Windows boots and connection monitoring for automatic connection/disconnection at specified times, resetting the connection if the ISP limits time for continued connection, and the ability to create internet activity at specified intervals to keep your connection from timing-out when you are not using the internet. Certain internet software (such home networking and DSL utilities) may reset your internet connection to use there own connector with "never dial a connection" selected in your dial-up settings. KWConnect has the option to reset this feature back to "always dial my default connection" if you desire to use your "old" settings.
